Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Work Helper ("we", "us") collects at myworkhelper.work and how it's used.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address, provided when you sign in with Google or an email code. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
• Usage data — a count of how many free suggestions your account has used, and your subscription status.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we store only a reference to your Stripe customer and subscription.
• Your messages — text you submit is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate suggestions. We do not store your messages on our servers. They're processed transiently; our provider may retain API data for a limited period per its own policy.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage only: your sign-in session and interface preferences (like the tone you last picked). No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no selling of data — we don't sell or share your personal information with anyone for marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run the Service: Supabase (sign-in and account database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI text processing), Fly.io (hosting), and Resend (sending sign-in emails). Each receives only what it needs for its function.

Data retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and associated data, email support@myworkhelper.work from the account's address and we'll remove it.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls; secrets are held in managed, encrypted stores. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
